Are these items heavy?
A
As all our garden items are made from solid stone then yes they are! We have given approximate weights for each piece with the description in our brochure and on our website.
The larger items such as the bench, table and obelisks are delivered in separate pieces for assembly on site. -

Can these products be placed anywhere?
A
In principle, yes. However, you must make sure that the heavier items such as the bench and table are placed on a solid and level foundation such as stone or gravel. If you wish to place these products on a lawn then you must be sure that they are adequately supported.

How will they be delivered?
A
The smaller items ( 50kgs and below) are usually delivered by courier. The larger items will be delivered by our specialist transport. Please see our delivery section for more details or feel free to contact us for more specific information.
( It is worth spending a little time deciding in advance where you want each piece to be as it saves a lot of backache later!) -

How durable are these pieces?
A
Granite is incredibly durable and, under normal conditions, will last for many generations. It also has the added advantage of being frost resistant.

How do I clean granite?
A
Our special textured finish makes these pieces very low maintenance. You can use a power wash, hose or stiff brush to remove any mud, moss or bird droppings if you want to keep the clean pristine appearance or just leave it to mellow and age gracefully (a regime that always works well for me…)

Do you supply different colours of granite?
A
We have spent a lot of time finding the right shade and texture of granite that we feel works in most garden settings but we are always happy to discuss any other requirements you may have - please contact us - we love a challenge.

How long does delivery take?
A
This should normally take no longer than 14 days. Please let us know if you have any specific delivery requirements.
